I redid all my contracts today, and looked thoerugh the list of players, and was surprised to find one guy who is under a franchise contract thorugh Season 24, to have a "start" button beside his name...

The reason why it shows the Start-button is, that there is no protocol. What happens if you click on start?

My QB with franchise ending season 24 has this too, when i click on start it's just the opening chat. My WR with franchise ending this season, 23, had the same thing last season, i just ignored it.

you had to 'reset' something regarding the negotiations a few seasons ago (kind of like deleting all protocols or something)...can´t remember the reason, but there sure was one (maybe that had something to do with the 'all-pns-have-gone'-incident)...due to that, negotiations were possible with any player, also players you gave new contracts a few days ago. Probably you did that 'reset' after wiesengrund set the mentioned franchise contract and since than he is able to renegotiate, but never realized that opportunity  |
