In all seriousness why limit peoples bank?

Why attack or should I say limit how people manage their team? A fat bank doesn't score touch downs..

If someone wants to accumulate $$ it should be fine and allowed. Not limited.

If you want to reasonably reduce accounts restructure player pay using experience as a factor.

It makes little sense that a 1 star 40 skilled rookie is paid the same as a 40 skill 5 exp veteran.

they do not get get paid the same. But it a very small difference.

This is why i have suggest in the past the wages be base on there skill after the xp is factor in. Which XP makes a hug difference in game. Why not in salary.

I'm not sure if this is right thread or even if this idea is possible or has been brought up before but after watching the final weekend of the NFL, all the sports talking heads were talking about was the players that needed yards, catches, sacks, etc to increase their salary through performance incentives written into their contracts. Since I have read in more than one forum that Pete would like to get some money out of the game, I thought this may be an effective way to do this. The performance bonus could be the same across the board, so all players are affected equally.
eg. if a player gets
10 sacks player earns bonus $1m
15 sacks bonus $2m etc.
This could be done of every major stat, TDs, Interceptions, Catches, Carries.
To be honest, I have no idea what the correct numbers should be and how much the bonus should be but it was just a thought i had and I am throwing it out there for discussion.

This is quite an interesting idea, IMO. And I can smell the "no, you can't do that because of..."

Well. A performance driven wage is normally a smallish salary with the big performance bonuses.

I can see teams not playing players in order to avoid this system.

Yes. Just like it's a kind of management to build your bank.

How about player wage that is strongly influenced by experience level.. Like it is in the real world.

I don´t get it realy, how could a discussion over financial warnings drift away to another tax discussion?
