Normally Experience gets more than rookie.

in real life players get paid. many differnce things.
player under 29yo tend to get paid big money If the had good on field production. But if they only had so so production they only get big money in a thin FA market.
If they had little production they make pennies.

Now player older than 29yo tend to get short contract and low wages.
regardless of there production. excluding QB

And normally high class escort services charge more than your corner walker.

I notice that you are not answering my question. It's hard to have a discussion this way:
You: EXP should count in RZA because it counts irl
Me: STR & SPE also count irl, do you also want them to count in RZA?
You: EXP should count in RZA because it counts irl
Me:

So yes, I understand your point about EXP, what I am asking is if you think this same point should be applied to SPE & STR and if you could explain to me why or why not please. Thank you.

I did answer. I'll do it differently this time.

Speed and strength gets you the opportunity to play. It does not guarantee that you will be any good.

Lots of big and strong lineman in the NFL. Lots of fast WR and CB's in the NFL - Not all of them are good.

Skill ( and sometimes luck) is what determines their performance.

Experience is a big factor in their contract.

If they are big and strong but not very productive (skill and exp) they normally get replaced.

In RZA and RL experience is a big factor - especially here in RZA. It should also be a big factor in wages. IMO.

And NO i do not feel Spd and Str should be a wage factor.

I hope this is an understandable answer.

.

OK now I understand better, you think EXP is a more reliable influence on players performance than SPE or STR. I'm not sure I agree but at least now I understand where you're coming from, thanks for clarifying.

EXP is a very large factor here at RZA. I think you know that.

Look at two basically identical physical players with similar skills. The deciding factor is exp.

Speed and Strength is a huge factor at RZA. especially in specific positions.

That's why the market pays multi millions if a young player with high Speed & Strength is available on the market. I thought you know that, too

Yes Speed and Strength are important. Thats what gives a player a roster spot over those who aren't big and strong..

If they are any good is what gives them a wage.
