I have learned to post the 1-2 good ideas that come to my head each year as discussion and let someone else make the suggestion so it has a chance. I think it's off to a good start, Pete didn't say no and a lot of suggestions immediately get pulled apart and scoffed at, don't get down about it just yet. I can play the edit game too

Well, Pete said in another thread that he doesn't want to make financial differences between 1.1 and Elite so this would presumably only apply between 2.x and 1.1.

The suggestion here is about a financial penalty on coaches wages of Elite, what I saw from Pete was :
