/quote] This is a false statement. if I have 5-3 set for pass and run against i formation I don't care if the engine picks up the prolonged pattern that my opponent has whip the ball at my coach's head called it will use 5-3 and NOT override shit against I formation Have you read that? |

From my understanding this means that the prefer pass or rush setting makes no difference if you have the same formation picked for pass and rush which was Rock's original question.
I'm not sure where the confusion is anymore, you guys seem to be discussing different things |

I think you're arguing two different points.
It seems like Rock and Thom are saying if you have the same defensive formation set for both pass and rush then it doesn't matter if you s e l e c t prefer pass or rush because it will always play that one formation. Punch seems to saying that the AI will override the preferred option of pass or rush depending on what the opponent plays, this is applicable if you have a different defensive formation set for pass than to rush. |

I was just trying to get Punch to break out his DJ personality. I know there is always the risk we get Sybil instead of music videos but i was willing to take that risk.

Poor horse died for nothing. Pretty sure Punch never really read a single post. He just kept screaming the same irrelevant response 
And I can tell you for a fact, if I call 5-3-3 for both my pass defense and my run defense, then 5-3-3 is called EVERY time. The AI does not over ride it with another play.
