There was a bug in the first training. It stoped half way. So some managers did not get any training. Pete decided to run a new training for everybody but it is impossible to cancel the first one.
So some players got the extra training with as downsides the training cost + the screwing of skills balance (in my case, 7 players I wanted to keep under a certian level passed it resulting in a salary addition of 10%). The teams who got only one training can feel screwed also compare to the others with two trainings but there is not much to do about it. |

Thank you for the explanation. I wondered after the first training because it seemed not very effective despite putting everyone on training with facilities many had no training effect. Some had now double which is really epappreciated.

It seems this season's goal would be to avoid relegation Long way to go...anything can happen till the end He's joking bro. With his rating and salary it can't be otherwise Still, the result is way more close than it could be with this rating difference. I'm not joking. Maybe I've had some different expectations with these couple of games. I'm in process of restructuring my team, cutting wages and changing playbook. Yet, playbook takes me too much time. I can agree that it's not all in team value/salaries and that good playbook is adding to your results. |

The playbook is really important. The most difficult part is to adapt this playbook to the strengths and weaknesses of your players and your team as a total.
And then comes your opponent with his PB, strengths and weaknesses. And this is where it gets really complicated. Do,you change your PB to exploit the weaknesses of your opponent ? Do you fortify against his strengths ? Really complicated. And interesting. |

I have a 10 line playbook and haven't had a losing season since season 13. Mostly because I was very diligent in developing and drafting players. I say was because I royally screwed that up this past roll-over from being inactive. The biggest thing, in my opinion, is roster construction and keeping your roster at a respectable price. Getting good players and KEEPING below 100k is actually really hard. In the long run though I think that pays-off more then spending a lot of time on a playbook. Thank you, It's very hard to get an unbiased view of things nowadays with this liberal media. There's a serious lack of alternative facts. They're trying to make me look like some kind of selfish, powertripping, insane, narcissistic megolamaniac.
That's ludicrous, I'm not selfish at all! |
