I also have to make financial balances with my team, I have arrived (already several seasons ago) to my "limit of incompetence".
I can not (I don't know how to do better) raise the level of my team without putting the economy at risk. So my objectives are increasingly modest and realistic. Before, I wanted to get into the Playoffs and fight for the Conference title. Now,with staying at 1.1 I'm happy and satisfied.

Well, we could ask those Bobbers how to win à tough division every 2 years with a salary cap under 2M$
Personally I don't know how to do it  |

Personally I don't know how to do it The first division title was down to planning every game based on my opponent, life's changed though so i don't have time to do that anymore, anything since then has been sheer luck and no skill what so ever! As for the money, i dropped my top QB after last year to keep prices low, didn't win the division this year and have very little confidence in tonight's game so probably best not to follow my model!
