ELO could and should be more reactive but quite honestly the morale loss is recoverable very quickly by an active manager that isn't dumping games.
Hiring a lvl 20 phsyc and activating pool and lounge recovers a good bit of the loss from an upset and come training time "poof" it can all be gone. |

I'm not sure what exactly 30 points of Morale translates into on the field...maybe it's not a big deal.
But I lost to a 12-4 Elite team (same record as mine this season), on the road and lose 30 morale points. This is a top-15, elite league playoff team! I win my 2nd round SC knock-out game and it's worth only 4-5 points. That's about one daily update..... :-( Not sure what exactly this is modeling....it just seems unbalanced. Steve SD Blitz |

Steve, if you use the offered ways of recovering Morale - and combine them well, this hit will not affect your for more than a few days...
