Correct me if I'm wrong

This seems like free money

It would also appear that having bots in your league is an advantage

It's going to be interesting to see if the Elite manages to get such a great collaboration every season and if 1.1 leagues can get similar amounts of money or not.

I think yes... Actually there is no real disadvantege in using the Mediacenter - EL Members got that and actually with EL it is clear that you have to be activ at all to get there or compete there. In Thunder 1.1 we have a few managers not even logged in in June as it is boring offseason...

This is an erroneous assumption. There is a disadvantage to anyone who has a large bank account, as the Mediacenter creates inflation and reduces their overall wealth. But unfortunately most folks don't understand economics, so people think it is "free money"

As usual, Rock everybody else totally wrong, you are the only one right

But no worries, I will not use the extra 20+ Million to pad my bank account. You will stay richer than me

Well, as long as "most folks" don't understand it even you have to pay as it would still be a disadvantage for you to not gain money while everybody else does it.
Don't you agree?

unquestionably it helps the poor more than it helps the rich.

however, the rich Manager who does not participate will lose ground to the other rich Manager who does participate

And if we stay in economics, if a lot of rich Managers would agree to boycott the mediacenter they would probably get a visit from the Federal Trade Commission or as the game was developed in Germany the Bundeskartellamt

As long as I don't start getting visits from Punch Drunks ancestors from the 1500s again. They keep pushing their 600+ plays per playbook agenda while threatening to edit me.

This is true but since you are not the central bank you have no controls to counter this inflation. So the best option then still is to participate in the Media Center.
