The media center isn't really active yet. It will only concern actual members of 1.1 next season.

From the math that the Elite League teams are doing, you need 800mil pledged for the Media Center to be worth it. So thats an average of 25mil per team to break even. Thats tough to do.

You do not break even at 800 millions. You make 10% accoring to the manual. So 5 millions if you invest 50 millions. You can count on me for season 26. Bro, it is your topic. I suggest you gather all the teams commitments, sum them and see how much we can get. Like this we know if we are close to the target or not.
