Based on my own experience, with lvl 20 doctor, the injured player will be back in approximately (# of injury days / 3) IRL.

I was working on my press release and remembering this season
SD1.1, AC South, Season 17 S.V. Montagnars z 12-4 The Shoulderriding Raccoons y 11-5 КАФ Инђија Индианс 8-8 NOtown ~MYST1CS~ 8-8 SVM had a damn fine team that season. And Raccoons was the team I could never beat til the last time I played them (after many tries) |

If I am not wrong we are the only 2 players to have been last in our division without a negative record.
Season 20 Chichester Chimera z 13-3 Drac's Legions y 13-3 Vienna Cardinals 9-7 The Red Star Goats 8-8 We all know Chimera. Drac's was a damn good player who left suddently. Vienna was very promising but he rage quitted after my first (and very very lucky) win against him. 
I would not have imagined our division could have been stronger than this one.

Yep, this was hell. And I just managed to bought one of the ancient Dublin's OL, may be a little expansive but when I saw it was one of his I really wanted it.
