you mentioned the forecast for next season looks even better. It would be best to take what you get this year and then with hold all your funds. The media center destroys this game.
The media center helps those who are established with a lot of funds, while newer teams trying to compete, who are strapped on cash get destroyed financially. You are competing with how many players who put in all they could and fell short of the 50 million, so you made how much more to use against them, yes free money, but Pete made it free money for those who need it the least and for those who where struggling got left further behind. Fair play is all I am asking for and asking for it for those who will be following me into the game as it keeps the game going and interesting. Those that join tomorrow should be able to build their teams and make the same type of money under the same rules as you did. But it appears to many on top want the rules to keep changing to benefit themselves. So I ask you to think how much you would of liked this media center if all you had in your bank account was 20 million. Oh yes, you still have that payroll to cover along with your coaches, remember you are trying your best to compete. Would you be supportive of this media center. Look at me I am at the 50 mil mark, it was all I had and I should have that again at eh beginning of next season, but instead of thinking about the little I can make. I am thinking of helping those behind me so that I will have good competition to play against. |

So basically (if I understood right) your frustrated because newer team will get much more money at the beginning than you?
OK, understand that... I made so many mistakes at the beginning I even can't remember and burnt a lot of money... I won't complain about a new feature help to compensate for a few mistakes... |

So I think what you mean that the Mediacenter deprives you of the option to sink all your money in the team. This can be a valid strategy if you want (I am more of the 'burn low, go slow' approach) BUT it is not really taken away from you, just deferred by a year (this year) and next year you have actually MORE money to spend on your team and from then on it is a recurring thing where you get more than the 50 mill you put into it. So no matter your approach, it works out better EXCEPT where you don't have 50 mill now. This is a valid concern BUT it is only due to you pumping all your money into your team. Teams who have the 50 mill didn't put it into their team and are arguably behind in their team building (like I would have been if we had joined at the same time). SO in that case you lose some advantage but only because you made a choice beforehand with no knowledge of this situation. Which can feel unfair BUT is not unlike the NFL raising the salary cap which will hurt teams that have taken care to manage their cap only to realise they could have spent more IF they had known there would be more money down the line. So there is no right or wrong here but I think the above is factually correct. |

For those who do not want to pay the 2.5k scout report:23yr old RB, STR 46 SPD 50 INT 46.5 TW 50 EXP 2 TAL 3.5 OK, maybe because I don't look for RB's at all... And actually POS and EXP are a bit low for the age... But I agree, 1 Mio is really OK  |

XP is very different, I would not go with a 2* normally, he will need extra game time to cope with that! |
