If he is yellow capped at 43 Speed, he can only reach 48 Speed max. Or am I missing something?

I got a young LB with bad caps. He might make a decent DL someday, but still a bad pick.

20yo CB, 4* talent, 3.5* exp SPD 50 INT 31.2 TW 29.5 Sure Tackler not that bad... |

I got a very nice 19 yr old OL with 50 str and Stone Wall Attribute plus 3.5 exp.

I got my No.3 pick @20, a 20 yo DL, unfortunately Str and Spd red but not that bad @ 46.5//48.3
