Lots of scratching and clawing for each inch of turf in the Bears/Wildcats matchup, but we managed to hang on for the win Too bad it wasn't an elimination round game

Why the Roadrunners Are Going to Wreck Your Team: A Short Synopsis

The front 5 will open a hole so wide, your grandma will easily stumble forward for 7 yards. Three games in, 4 of the top 5 Admirals in terms of pancakes are Roadrunners. In celebration, we are opening an IHOP in Acme stadium.

Leading one of the league's top defenses is 37yo FS Damion Chau. He remembers when helmets were made of leather and footballs were sewn together right after Sunday's bacon breakfast. Unfortunately, so few players make it that deep into the secondary, that he spends more time patching divets in the grass than covering players.

Michael Fiore, the youngest Roadrunner, has catapulted to the top with 218 YAC on 29 catches, giving him the third most yards for WRs in the league. His endurance on the field has made him not only a crowd favorite, but a favorite of the world famous RRR chearleaders as well.

Leading the league in Interceptions Thrown too! You guys are just running way with all the categories

Also, I'll match your retiring 37 year old SF with a non-retiring 36 year old TE

Another horrible defensive showing

Jacks run the ball 36 times. I call 5-3-3 33 times, and Goalline D 3 times. 4.3 run average for the Jacks

Way too many 10+ yard runs on 1st down Wondering if I would be better off calling 4-3-4 or something on 1st and 10 when I know an outside run is coming...? Is 4-4-3 more effective for interior run than 5-3-3, or does it suffer the same weakness?

I had an equally frustrating game tonight as well. Failed to record a single sack and now with a better chance of being in the relegation fight than the playoff one. Not a good season so far but this had to come at some stage so it might as well be now.

Nice game by the Adventurers who should have won more easily but two missed short FGs made the result look closer than it really was.
Home field advantage has not worked out so far.

disappointed - but not overly surprised. this is what I was expecting last season - although I am being very lazy currently with my scouting and PB development. Not much I can do about that at the moment, so could get worse yet. But nice win anyway....you got me at the right time.
