That player does not worth 30 millions to me and the fact the two bidders are involved in this thread does make it looks like collusion.
Anyway happy for you you can overcome your debts. Like people says, mistakes make you stronger.  |

There is no collusion. We are all different people. I'm sure Pete has checked IP's and checked when we started playing.
I just didn't want to see a team quit because they fucked up the fiances. I'm willing to pay 30 mil especially since I'm going to use him for 3 season's to replace a talent that is retiring. If you don't think he is worth 30mil then you can call me a fool and laugh at me for wasting money. Will make it easier for you if we ever have a match. |

It's not really collusion since it wasn't done in the shadows, but collusion does require multiple participants by definition. The concern some of us expressed was more about this sort of activity encouraging actual collusion. This activity specifically was not collusion since planned actions were expressed openly on the board and Pete provide consent.

Well, thanks for bidding on my player, even if it might be slightly over the odds. I hadn't actually looked to see who had bid and I wasn't intending to cheat the system or anything, hence why I didn't announce in this thread that I was selling him.

Yellow cap on strength...? Maybe that guy is worth 30 mil. That's one of the reasons to post in the forum. Otherwise people assume red. Even better if you know when the player is capping (always 5 from initial yellow ! if you have a level 20 scout), otherwise people assume they will probably cap at the next whole number.
