all the draft players are way too young for my roster - anyone aged under 28 isn't allowed in so just ordered by rating.

Decided to cap my 2nd and 3rd round picks before selling. Kulawanit is on the market now.

Should be another tough season, and survival is the goal. SC comes with 4 other 1.1 teams including 2 admirals. Guess ill have to wait another season to reach the POs there.

Good luck to all unless, you play me.

Geez, I gave him a good starting bid for you, but it seems he's already over 50 million. Probably too rich for my blood.

Have I missed something in the forums Fummer but why are you selling him?

He is too young. My players are between 24 and 29. Im gonna sell the draftees from the next 2 drafts aswell. Itll be money in the bank, for the big roster turnaround in 4 or 5 seasons time.

Ah ok don’t get letting a beast like that go apart from the pound notes but they don’t fetch as much as they used to either.

League alert fummer is in win now mode. I can’t see too many teams losing sleep over it though

Can I just ask, how many players are you thinking of having to turn around in 4 or 5 seasons? Because they guy you're selling and ones I've kindly taken off your hands seem like prime contenders to start for teams. I'm just curious...

I'll lose sleep if he's playing people around me

It all depends what your strategy is.

Some managers build up teams for all out assaults on Bowl games and Elite knowing that likely in a few seasons their team will be unsustainable (wages and age) and then they will come back down and have to go through a transitional period again to build back up to that level.

Some others just want a balanced team, where veteran players are replaced by younger ones, with draftees and YA products backing those up, and having a repetitive cycle of players to supplement the bets. They are competitive without ever really being dominant - may have their season in the sun but often drop back - a yoyo club if you will - a bit like Fummer, though he does it between 1.1 and 2.x.

In reality, I think everyone should be at least one season 'proof'...meaning even should you lose a few players one season, you have backups around for the next, meaning you can target supplementary players via the draft and TM.

One of the big things about RZA (IMO) is that you never truly lose players. Injuries (long term or career ending) are non existent, neither are off field dramas/incidents or locker room fallouts meaning players want away - contracts never really fail and players cant get traded - so once you have a player you know you have him till he retires or you decide to cut him for whatever reason. Id like to see an element of all this happening personally.....im all for realism, even if its bad stuff, not just good.
