I've downloaded the draftboard in an effort to open on my PC using Microsoft Works but it doesn't seem to want to open it keeps telling me the file may be corrupted. I've done it this way loads of times before

MS Works? Didn't even know it still exists. Please use a software that can handle CSV files in a proper way. Beside Excel there is a free and very good alternative, check out OpenOffice

Usually it works fine. I don't have Internet at home apart from my mobile. Not like I can pick and choose.

It produces valid CSV, and I am afraid I cannot do anything else than delivering proper formatted data. I am sorry, but don't know how to help you.
