I know time management is on the to do list, but as I can envision, that this is quite a task, which probably also needs changes on the playbook and on the user front end I would like to suggest interim changes:
As the offense in RL is somehow in control of the clock, your offense should not use the full 30 seconds shortly before halftime when in FG range Time between plays at the end of the half when the should be the same as it is at the end of the game when trailing currently we have approx. 10 seconds between plays when it is an incomplete pass and 30 seconds after a run or a completed pass, which is absolutely reasonable. At the end of the game, when the offense is trailing it drops to approx. 10-20 seconds per play However, at the end of the half and when you are not trailing, the offense uses the full 30 seconds, which is reasonable when you are deep in your own half, but not when you try to get closer to FG range or when you try to get a TD instead of a FG My suggestion is to use the same logic for time between play when the offense is in the opponents half. I got burned again yesterday as I did run a play with exactly 30 seconds left and did not get another play to make the FG. Ironically, the 2nd to last play had just 28 seconds between plays so if the full 30 seconds would have been used, I would have kicked the FG 
Yes, I could use the 45 seconds but then I would most of the time waste a play to get a shorter FG or even a TD instead of the FG try |

 I'm definitely looking forward to time management control. I wholeheartedly support this suggestion. Although I realize that a full expansion of this idea is warranted, I'm willing to take baby steps to get there. |

After watching yesterdays Elite game between BobBoy and Weleley:
Please add to the suggestion: also use hurry up offense at the end of game and in the opponents half when the game is tied Game tied: Play by Play wrote:
