Playoff secured!
I truely am a little surprised with how the team is performing. I messed up contracts twice, leading me to sell my drafted QB. Did get a cheap replacement, and he has proven solid. The other mess was a first draft pick LB with awesome numbers. Had not thought I could be 11-0. But yeah, it's fun - and I'll get awful draft position. Oh well, but it's been a fun season and that's what matters the most.

and my team is quite the opposite. should be much better than two seasons ago, but seems that you guys caught up quite well! (which is very positive)

Ah....my favourite long time rivals, the Mutineers...
Win or (most likely) lose, it will be nice for those Pitcairn boys on my team to catch up with their old, soon-to-be victorious friends. The team cruise ship is now loaded up with plenty of booze for the lengthy sea voyage ahead. Onward, Fairstar Jacana!

Dont you think a long Boat trip to every away game is a little counterproductive ?

That Isotopes-Destroyers match was easily the match of the year (so far) Even for guaranteed spectators like myself, the playoffs are going to make for some juicy viewing this season. |

Congrats to TigerCats and Isotopes on their big wins today. If you told me my defense would have held TigerCats to under 20 points, I thought I would beat him. That is a solid team.

Thanks, I had a bit of luck involved (turnovers) in the win. My OFF Gameplan didn't work out as I had hoped to be able to be more successful running. What a match. Right down to the final whistles and my nails are gone!
Thanks to Matty and the Destroyers for an awesome fight. I think homefiled advantage made the outcome.

How is your Cup season going?
Isotopes were hanging onto 5th place most of the season, but now climbing slowly up the board with help from Wittgenstein Rebels (Dragons 1.1). If those rebels wins the rest of their games I should be securing second place with only 1 loss.....and a ticket for the next round. |
