In the offene, it depends of the stage of a play. In the first 2 or 3 seconds of a play it might go as called. The line will do its job, the receiver goes his route, the RB does as told. But after this short time? The play starts to unfold, the defense reacts, and so does the offense. Maybe it would have to be "positioning in the first stage of a play", and "vision on the second stage of a play"...however, this is again not very acurate.

Hmmm.. I am getting some glimpse..

Maybe last one about this topic. How does Positioning affect the QB?
