As expected, not able to deliver reasonable arguments. I do accept a loss on a debate and take it sporty if its based on an opposed clean and strong argumentation. Same goes with the acceptance of getting relegated (or missing playoffs) due to a balanced and competitive environment of an RZA season. But both are not given at present. The debate: "During a season a team goes bot. Whats wrong with keeping that team alive and competitive until the end of the season?" With open ears the 5 minute "youth" now steps back, listens and is ready to receive wisdom. Please remember: statements like "its the way it is" is as of great wisdom, yes, but no argument. Same goes with pathetic comments like "You are stupid". Its funny, yes, and you think you make points for yourself in front of your buddies by offending third parties, wow yeah, how cool is that. But everyone knows you just try to hide your own little shortcomings. "Imagine a bot team wins the Bowl" is an argument, but not a strong one, as argued posts above. But beforehand ... taking some of your own medicine would suits you good too. gabriel06 wrote:

im pretty sure my definition of 'chill out' will hugely differ to your interpretation of it.
there is a saying which is very applicable here..."theres none so blind as those that cant see"....you have already made up your mind about the whole BOT situation so whatever anyone says will be automatically rejected by you, and you seem very much the kind who is able to give out the flaming, but then cries foul when its given back. This is why I used the phrase 'you cant argue with stupid'. You will note I didn't call you stupid, but again my meaning, literally, is that there is little point trying to reason things out, especially when the subject is all hypothetical, to someone who has already made up their mind about the subject. You can continue this if you like....many will tell you I can argue with my own shadow when I get the inclination....but my strong suggestion to you is to clamber down off that very high horse, get your talented team out of 2.x and come back replacing these BOT teams so that there is no debate (hopefully) to be had. Oh....and the VERY best of luck in our friendly tonight!!!! |

Ohh. It haven't been this active in the Admiral forum since... i dont' remember
 Anyway:
Almost have my third overtime in three leauge games! Finaly my team is of 1.1 calibre! I'm really enjoying everything. And on tuesday it's and "old rematch" for me. VS Rhinos, the first team i met in a leauge game when i started, let's se if a can score this time |

Same for me ... my team is suffering beyond any expectation expecially in away matches.
The awful part is that the more I try changes, the worse the team performs. I hope I can find soon the right levers to pull, otherwise Kids and Samurais will take off. Last edited on 2018-06-03 12:37:31 by Yashin |

With a 0-4 start of the season I was wondering if cutting my expensive starting QB was a good idea because I feared I would go straight down to 2.x again. But after making some minor adjustments in the depth chart my team suddenly got the hang of it and won 3 games in a row. End of the season my number 1 and 3 reciever, number 1 TE and 3 starters on the O line (1 of them offered to stay) will retire so next season will be als a big challenge. But kind of looking forward to that.

Gabe, you wont get it, and I'm afraid you'll never. Instead of counter attack an argument of a debate, you attack the person behind. Thats funny for third parties, sure, its easy gained laughter. But just by calling people stupid or making poor jokes about their names, or whatever you think theire weak spots are, Electric, doesnt turn your opinion into right. But its ok, its the only way you're able to emphasize yourself, right? Im fine with that, looking forward reading more about your funny stuff  But dont overdo

But I understand, from the point where you fire your personal attacks it must be look like that I sit somewhere up above. Step up, change your perspective and you'll realize there is no up above where I am. But i give you great credit for your upright wishing well for Tiefe Furche, and yes, sooner or later I will manage to promote again. That's something everyone can control more or less. But what's out of anyone's control, and thats the point of the debate, is a skewed schedule due to bot games. Have a good week, all |
