Okay, so supposedly player can lose skill at some point. Anybody have somebody losing skills? How old is the players and how fast is he losing skills?

I have yet to see this. i would assume it would start around age 30 for most players it happens to.
i wonder if it will appear on the RZA management studio in a different colour? |

I've got a 33 y/o OL, and I haven't seen any decline regarding training beyond the increased PC use...at least, not in the skills I track for him (physicals, block, footwork, position and vision)

My 36 year old skills have not declined. He does require much more PC training now though.

I've just noticed that about my 32 yo RB. he needs more PC based on same plays but less yards run than my 27 yo RB.
makes sense though. |

I have a 37 y/o OL, I have not seen diminish in Skills, but getting his PC from 97% to 100% each week takes every bit of 90% PC Training.
