Your idea is ok but add a "qb sneak" option besides run and pass in the playbook is also nice. |

For me a sneak is just a fraction of qb run options.

Yes I might be. But would not add it to the Formation, I would add it to the pass/run Options. So rush is one and QB-rush the second.
In that Change you could also add a FB-rush to enable FB runs on I Formation and so on, where FB was only blocking so far.  |

I just want to prevent people from using QB run all game long. I had something different in mind with the formations. You could set it, but it would on the QB if he runs or decides to handover the ball to RB. |
