Hi!
A new season is here and with that the negotiations of contracts. My question is if you should be able to negotiate contracts now or is it only availible later, like after draft or something? right now, the only option i have is Source: https://ibb.co/ZX16wRy  |

You having HR mode activated or not?
Because in HR mode you should be able to negotiate instantly. I don't know what happens if a game is running in same time, could be that it blocks the process for the game, but I don't think so. If HR-mode is NOT activated, you can not negotiate the contract, that happens automatically at season rollover and the wages are always based on the skills then. There has to be an explaination.

took 2 more pictures to show you how it look
this one is when i click the renew button https://ibb.co/10nGdbH and this is to show that i have HR activated https://ibb.co/K5Z6hWg last season i was about to lose a player i promoted to my squad before season rollover and i couldent create a new contract cuz it was to late in a season, So in the end of season 32 i deactivated contracts so that i in the begining dident lose that player. My salaries jumped with 1-1.5 milions but i saved the player. After i pressed "enable HR" and after that i got this situation.. |

please check again. Seems your team was not part of the contract reset at season rollover, and therefore you were blocked from further negotiation.

Well, I'm in the same situation - I turned off HR before the season rollover because I didnt get around to do my contracts last season, but when I re-enabled it, I too can't negotiate ... so not globally fixed I guess?
