Happy to see the trend.
Of course we are sometimes frustrated to see our draftees with some lack on skills, but that's also what makes RZA's gameplay interesting. We need to make choices and accept some players not to be perfect. |

what if every coach decide what to do with that young player?
we have 3 draft each season. not all 3 can be under 20 yo...no problem. only 1 can be put in academy each season (if you have open spot) manager decide who and when(*). (*)a player can be put in academy only if he didn't play any game. I think it's fair enough no all young go in academy and a manager decide what it's best for him. my 2 cents |

To control this I would have to implement kind of a management interface for it. I really believe the effort is too much and the outcome of it too less. This is why I made the restriction in the polls question.
