players should have a injury stat. if this stat is higher then so and so player gets injured less. The injury stat goes down if a players has a major injury or is 29+ years of age. Just a thought and it would be more realistic football. As teams have players upwards if 10+ go on IR. Also I don't know if there is yet but you should be able to send a player to IR, to free up roster space. This would also make it more possible for underdogs to win if other team has a bunch of people on IR or just out. or

Oh yes. having a skill how prone a player is to injuries was discussed before. I cannot remember the outcome of that discussion.
