Picked up 7 16 year olds this past season, with 4 17 year olds, and 1 18 year old.
It's nice having three seasons of training before I have to move over. Moved my only 20 year old over, but unsure yet if his place is secure. I generate 160+ points for training of these youth players, and I divide it pretty evenly, with excess going to the older ones. Most of their training, of course, is their physicals. I've been lucky so far. All 4* and above players and have only had to switch two for positions when their physicals didn't match up. Only real downside was switching QB to DL. With INT of 32, not going to have him anywhere near the offense. The downside being he has the Natural Leader trait. How's it going for you other owners out there? |

My advice is switching all your yungsters as DL under your best coach Evgeniy Ignat (CP 84 EXP 4.5*) so you can training at your best SPE STR AGI POS VIS skills
Under Jack6s RZA Guide (0/21) Chapter 05 - Manage your coaches and coaching you can find which skills a coach can train and under Chapter 04 - Training your players plenty of very good advices. Last edited on 2019-03-14 15:09:47 by PJRAVENS |

Also, I would suggest using your coaches points on the older YA players only, to ensure they are ready to play when they come out, when the 16 and 17 year olds get to 19/20 then dump all the points on them then, don't give any points to YA players where they have not red capped in Speed and Strength as you don't know what position they will be until then, I also wait until their Agility hasn't gone yellow at 34, to ensure I have a quality player with 40+ Agility too. |

Hey.
I agree with only using the YA coaching points on 20 year olds, or 19 if you dont have 20's. I train my 16-17 yo up on physicals to ensure i only use coaching points on the best of my youths. |
