Hope I can make my match close against Munich, thats all I want. I doubt i'll do much playbook changes cause I have never really done that in my entire 5 year history! No reason to expect me to change that now.

A shame that Marife and the Gladiators missed the play-offs. I think both teams are better than mine and Verona's. We just got lucky to be in the crappy conference.

Crappy conference ? Sorry, but this really motivated my players. They were in rage during the first half. Towards the end they were totally exhausted

PJ, let’s go for the third one. I fear it will be the end of my road. Whatever it is i will be happy with the result. Losing against you is always expected.

Congrats to Sandrez, Ulero and Grzymisław !!!

I never said there wasn't good teams in it but comparatively NC isn't nearly as good as AC. Lots more "up and coming" teams in NC than AC though so in a few seasons that might change.

Anyway congrats on the win! I never had time to change my playbook.

I figured as much.

There is no way to figure who will be our last contestant to move to the superbowl. But my money will be on the team from our conference.

Then again, it is hard to say. Of the remaining other seven teams I only played three. Wins against Spartans and Marsz and a loss against the Ravens.

If you take a look at our teams overall they seem identical.
No reason to think you have less chance to win.
I am thinking that if I lose against you this S34 will be am exact copy of my S31 (Two PO matches in SC, and a defeat in the divisional game against you). At that time my team wage was 2.5M x turnover and I played the wild card +5M (oustanding season) instead now is 5.6M x turnover and from the financial point of view it would be a disaster.
Have a nice game!
No matter the final result it is always a pleasure meeting you again.
I hope only to be able to fight until the end and not like my bad loss in SC against Orange Crush.

Just in case. In my SC match I was leading 30-6 before the last quarter and lost 30-38.

Also for me this is my most expensive team ever. For the first time i am training players over the 40 mark. I had never done this before. Salaries are exploding. A loss would be a financial challenge. But I am happy to have made it here and whatever happens will not change this.

Should have some good games tomorrow. Of course, the headliner is Munich Runners at Baltimore Ravens pitting arguably the two best teams in the league against each other. Else where, I would consider Dortmund Griffins to be the heavy favorite against Idrosburghi Verona. DC Washingtonians and Michigan State Spartans also are the favorites to a lesser degree, but I would be less surprised to see a Naprzód Marsz! upset. And just two seasons ago, Konjarnik HighTowers bested MSU in the playoffs, so don't count him out either (and congratulations to Ulero for moving on in the SC playoffs)

Anything can happen today. My opinions are similar.

Idrosburghi Verona 10% vs. Dortmund Griffins
Konjarnik HighTowers 45% vs. Michigan State Spartans 55%
Munich Runners 50% vs. Baltimore Ravens 50%
Naprzód Marsz! 30% vs. DC Washingtonians 70%

Impressive win, Buzi! And congratulations to all of the day's winners. The conference championships are civil wars: the AC finals are all American, and the NC finals are all German.

I am proud of this win. Winning against a team like yours is something to be proud of. My offense put out it’s A Game today. And hike key defense was not allowing for much, to my surprise they did not even score a single sack and only one TfL.

Congratulations to doc, Spartans and Alasdaire.

So civil war is will be then. We only met twice in league matches and this is two years ago. I guess we will finally know the strength of the Griffins.

Congratulations also to Grzymisław, Sandrez, PJ and ulero. You all showed today why you have made it here. You all gave a very good fight and each match was truly exciting. Have a great off season and come back even stronger !
