This will add a feature to training screen where you can enter two or three skills with a limit. This will allow the manager to set first, second and perhaps third training priority.

An example would be:

Train Catching to 40 (or when it becomes red capped)
THEN
Train Positioning to 35 (or when it becomes red capped)
THEN
Train Footwork to 25

Of the course the interface would need to be designed by Pete but the screen can be like it is now with added options.

The reason I am making this suggestion is that I find the training report to be a messy affair and I find it hard to keep track of training and I therefore often forget too late to check it.

This way you can spend less time in the training screen but work for towards the long term of your team, something I know Pete wants to encourage.

It is bit like the draft player download is for the draft. It does not give an advantage but it make it easier to do.

My suggestion therefore will do the following I believe:

1. make training less painful / more fun
2. add additional reason to become Supporter
3. encourage long term planning with regards to training
4. help planning wage levels of your squad

There will still be an edge available to those who really want to micro manage as that is still needed if you want to manage your yellow and red caps efficiently for example.

I have an Excel spreadsheet with all my players, their attributes, skills, TW, Age, and talents listed. When training complete, I u p d a t e my spreadsheet and decide training for the next cycle.

I think its more fun the way it is. If you have an autoset, you're managing by proxy, aren't you?

Wow...great idea. I have played other games that do similar things to this training type of suggestion (of course, a bit different, but they had a 1st training, 2nd training, etc. and so forth).

I am not sure about it. On one hand it would make things way easier, on the other one, the current system rewards managers who like to micro-manage and spend time in the team optimization.

At the end, I will not use my legitimate French strike rigth if it gets approved.

I think this is a great idea. It allows those who wish to micromanage to continue to do so but helps those who perhaps have less time to still have some effective training management. I see this as particularly helpful during holidays and busy work periods - or no internet access times - when, much as we might like to do so, we do not have time to pay detailed attention to training.

It will need more to it than what is originally presented. For example, if you were setting tackling to 35, and training it at 90%, with agility 10%, would it automatically convert to PC training when that gets low, and train PC at 90% till it's up again. Its a good ideal, but would need more configuration, in my opinion, to be useful for the majority of users. (Or just for myself)

This sounds a bit like the optimizer but with us able to set the parameters. I think it would be good.

It possibly could do with a bit of adjusting, for example for a tight end, you may wish to have the option blocking, footwork and catching to get to 40 at the same time so he doesn't train in just two of the three skills to get to his peak wage too soon.

Possibly have it as a board similar to the scout agent where you can put in all skills from STR to PUN and set levels from 0 to fifty to each, while keeping an extra button to mark out (maybe) priority order. It certainly would save time in the average week and be a god send during holidays!

Maybe also a PM when the current training regime is completed for a player so managers don't miss it!

Guys why not log on and do it ,it’s making things easier .clicking on training plan like this rather than individually amend training regimes.nowadays there’s no excuse not to find time with technology .can check on last breaks in evening hell even on the loo.
I think guys that dedicate more time to training and game should have edge over players that can’t be bothered just my opinion

At this moment if you want to do max for your squad you need a huge amount of time available so any help, in any aspect of the game, that will help doing the things faster is an absolute MUST.
I`ll give this suggestion ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
