My advice is to cut Avery Tipton, 18yo QB right now!
I am sure one day when he is full developed with POS 48.5 VIS 48.5 PAS 48.5 and EXP 5* you will ask yourself why I am paying something like 350K/400K per turnover for a player with INT 41.5 STR 41.3 SPD 43.1 when for the same price my opponents have a TAL 4.5* QB with INT 50 STR 45 SPD 50 + track star? it is just my opinion of course...
