The Alpin Ducks just secured their future with the acquisition of a 20 years Quaterback. It costed them an arm and a leg as the transfer is the most expensive one in all RZA this season. Clovis Peltier joined the Ducks youth academy with a lot of enthusiasm and the willingness to first find his final potential on speed.
As a ball manager and his rare STR / SPE combo, expect him to run the ball quite a bit once Lorenzo Tournier hits retirement.
Until then, he will develop by getting special attention in the YA to later be on a snap count as experience is not something he needs.

This is what is called very good long time planning!
Lorenzo Tournier is still so young that he have not had the time to give you his best yet and you have just found his replacement!
we have been warned about our future here in sea devils ...

Tournier will be an elite quaterback for sometime in the middle of a level 1 team. I need to train a new elite quaterback that will play at least 5 seasons in the middle of an elite team.

This guy is Elite. Yet I would not have spent that much on him. But I guess this is also linked to what you have on your bank account when the opportunity to get the player comes. Also speed is overrated at QB. Of course I prefer it high than low, but you can get sacked even with a 50 SPE trackstar stud and an elite O line.
What I really envy on yours compare to mine is the 5* talent. Clovis will cap at 48.5 only. Not bad and it will be enough on many games, but not ideal. To compensate I will certainly train OL and WR 1 point higher than usual.
At least he will be 5* xp very quickly. Now I really hope Agi will cap over 40.

I was in a major bidding war with Steve.

At the end it was just the two of you. I believe I hung in until 100 mill.

the matches of today :

Baltimore Ravens vs. Konjarnik HighTowers
A former classic will now be an easy match for the Ravens

Bautzen Greywolves vs. La Spezia Sprugoleans
Both need to win in their race for the playoffs. This might be a very close match. in their first four encounters, the Greywolves always won. This time I see the Italian squaddra being the favourite based on both matches against the Ducks.

Bern Marcupilamis vs. The Alpin Ducks
Will the Ducks feel the Bern and get roasted ? I don't see this. instead I predict a clear win by Lorenzo Tournier and his associates.

Croxley Crocs vs. Hgnkuc
Bot games are boring

Dalton Catamounts vs. Rainbow Warriors
Talking about bot games ...

Devon Warriors vs. Old England Redcoats
Congrats to the Warriors for their incredible season so far.

Marife-Lacion vs. Woodtown Buffalos
Too soon for the buffalos.

Michigan State Spartans vs. SH Cougars
While the Cougars are clear favorites ... I stop the joke before it becomes as boring as a bot game. Spartans will dominate once again.

Munich Runners vs. Idrosburghi Verona
Their 13th league match. Lucky number for Sandrez ? I am confident it will be the 12th league win for the Runners.

Naprzód Marsz! vs. Wasteland Wolves
Not yet. But the Wolves are getting stronger fast. Benefit of beating them as long as their just young pups !

Paris Rioters vs. The Chicago Cubs
The Cubs on their way to the playoffs. It could actually be a tight match but I see Chicago winning.

The Beast vs. Skalica Eagles
Another very close match from the loss of it. And, again, both teams are in the playoff race. I see a small advantage for the Beast.

And finally our MATCH OF THE DAY
Växjö Gladiators AFC Schrodingers Cats
I really have no idea. One is Swedish, one is from England. If both got their salary chances are they will go to the pub and decide it over some pints of beer. And then it will get to a very late decision and we see who is still standing. Not a day for the defence. Cats in overtime, maybe.

Wow, I have been in Verona several times. Beautiful city. I love to visit in person. And I love to visit virtually. Sandrez, you have been an incredible host. I am a bit embrassed about the behaviors of my players who could have shown a bit more respect. Besides this one drive in the second quarter when they just watched and applauded your plays and players they were extremely greedy today. Sorry about that. I hope I can come back soon !

As impressive is your win (it is really), this is nothing compare to Pipo’s win against Naprzod. Yes they played a second string team, but a 77 rated one! Upset of the season so far, by very far.

I am a bit surprised by the huge win from the Beast against Skalica and the not impressive one from Devon. LSS showed again that Seed #5 is theirs and nobody else. Bautzen will get a chance for a rematch at the wild card game, but I fear the outcome will be exactly the same. Bro seriously needs to start playing, he is so far on tract for the JaMarcus Russel award. I’ll try to motivate him a bit more as he’s visiting me IRL this week-end.
