Lets play "Who can 'top' that?" for the final minutes of this season:

I managed to create a $ -63,548,580 deficit this season.

I'm at -16,903,960 on the season but I whipped out a $33,652,582 transfer budget and now have peaked most players AGI skill with 66+1 roster before draft....... So those now high AGI players are asking double wages.

On the bright side I made $16,142,873 in sales and hope next season for a repeat of Season 33 where I made $21,396,654 profit on the transfer market before tax.

What is your long term plan with having no FB's RB's TE's SF's and only 1 LB in your team? You know something we don't?

It wasnt meant to be taken as a joke?
I think youre missing the point of the whole game, you are playing maybe half your team out of position so I hope you dont expect to win many games?
This tactic is why Pete increased the out of position penalty and, added a limit to the number of players that can receive training increases per coach per week, this was introduced many seasons ago to deter managers like you from getting away with this unsportsmanlike behaviour. How is this realistic? Why are you trying to get Pete to introduce sub skills etc to make this game more realistic if on the other hand you are playing OLs at RB for eg.
For reference your LB coach will train footwork, just at maybe 1 point less per week so it aint worth the penalties, and saying that you are probably not yet at the point where your LBs primary skills of Agility Tackling Vison and Positioning are at competative levels, so why bother?
My advice, stop faffing around training secondary skills above primmary ones wasting literally years of your life going knowhere in this highly competative Admirals league and maybe youll get to the promised land one day - thats the point of the game...?

This is just a game and Pete has made it quite clear in the past couple of hours what he can and cant do. The above Im 100% sure Pete wont be introducing.

Overall team rating from a scrimmage post penalties right now for morale and team chemistry (most players in position or similar) with some starters in place;

Avg Age Seniors: 24
Weekly wages Players: $ 4,438,029
Weekly wages Coaches: $ 1,898,840
Team Chemistry: 60%
Team Morale: 87%
Passing: 76.8%
Rushing: 73.8%
Pass Defense: 80.9%
Rush Defense: 80.2%
Special Teams: 74.5% (my 21yo K from Tovari)
Overall: 78.0%

This team has been active since around Post-Season 29 and I've already handled a few player movements with some roster cuts and wages are predicted for minimal increases because of Secondary/Tertiary training+no contracts+many players with peaked physicals.

None of these % matter a bit when there are that many players playing out of position. For e.g. I could put my DE as a WR and I could increase my Passing % by a couple of % because I've trained catching and carrying due to the primary and secondary skills being at my skills/wage limit.... but I aint going to because the OOP will screw the game up.

"Or Similar" again means OOP and the same applies.

Take the above advice from someone who's been at it nearly 6 years....or don't?

You could just carry on training your DL's at Blocking because you think the game "should" give them an advantage at the line of scrimmage, I'm not bothered.
