he had financial issues and already lost his starting QB to autocut.
Apparently he was not motivated enough to fight through it |

Wow...the best team in a weak division. Steve SD Blitz used to be a very strong Division. Supplied always 2 strong title contenders each season When I came to Elite the fight between Buddy, Notsch and Wiesengrund every other year was a classic |

I asked for some time in the forum of suggestions and I insist again. It would be interesting a list with the missing teams and the reason, for no connection or economic failure. I imagine some leave due to game dissatisfaction.
But yeah the financial of RZA has changed since the assassination of the transfer market and the extreme expense of firing players and the high wages of very high skilled players and ... |

And since you get ~25/30M of free money with the MediaCenter every season?

Playing the game for over 7 years could have had something to do with it, that's a long time to be playing and not anything against the game at all.

Point is the current financial set-up is a team killer with hardly a way out. TM is about useless for selling veteran players and the cost of cutting contracts is bullshit.. It's a problem that was created a few seasons ago and It's a game flaw when bankruptcy makes going bot and starting over a better option for those who want to be here. |

I strongly disagree. Finances are much easier since the MediaCenter was implemented. The problem is managers overtraining their players even though the cost of skills has actually decreased since it's now an average of top 2 skills when it used to be only top skill. Faster training might be a cause of that, just because it's easier to train players to 45-47 or even 50 skills doesn't mean that it should be done.
