Dumplings Weekly Review 1st August
My AC big game match to watch was Bolts @ Wild Thangs - With 61% possession and never being behind the Wild Thangs controlled the game to win out 34:14 and take the division title. The Bolts QB will need to get a better rating than the 69.57 he got here if they are to win the wild card game. My NC big game match to watch was Destroyers @ Bridges - The Bridges were also never behind and controlled the game to a 31:17 win. The Bridges held the Destroyers to just 72 rushing yards and also got 2 interceptions with 1 going back for a TD and securing the division title. So let's all have a go at predicting the winners of the Wild Card games

Wow....what a 1st Quarter Totoras Patriots! 2 Deep TD's on Wishbone passing and a long INT return. Rest of the game was even, so good job on the 1st quarter and a great win!

In the end the fact the Narann squeeked past the Attack Dogs 10:6 meant that this game turned into a dead rubber.
Good luck next season for all those that missed out on the playoffs  |

Didn't follow this season close enough for a prediction - but for extra motivation: My longtime Nr 1 QB and WR (both leader in my teams all time statistics) will retire at the end of this season. So to anybody promoting to EL, feel free to destroy my yet to promote Youth QB

Eeks - I'm the only Thunder team left in the SuperCup
32 Teams left and only 1 Thunder Team I know luck is involved in who you can draw but I do think there is a correlation to Thunder also being the lowest league % payer to the Mediacentre at 75% All the other leagues have a much higher % and get more cash and can therefore run higher salaries thus giving them an advantage over us. Next year we need to get more people contributing to the Mediacentre Sorry for the rant |
