Its best if I stay out of this discussion. I am German. My parental grandfather was from Belgium. My wife is French and I have lived in France for many years - in theory I am still living there. The first country outside Germany I have lived in was Italy.

In 2006, after having accompanied France to their win in the semifinals against Portugal, I have spent an incredible amount of time in front of the TV with my mouth open after Zidanes header. I can't remember what happened after this.

Last year I was in the streets of Nice celebrating the World Cup.

This being said, this Belgium squad needs to win something. Actually they already made the final once in 1980. I am not saying how it ended.

Good luck to the two of you ! And to you, PJ !

My QB did score a 73 yards one on the same off/def situation against you last Saturday. Your time in Elite is not done yet, but you really need to correct that def PB.

Tell me please does anyone play something other than Goalline D against Goalline O?

Somehow managed to get to 17-10 and ball on opponent 17. And, of course, next is interception on 6 yards line with a TD after 50 yards interception return.

Definitely not my season.

Definitely to young to play in Elite.

Definitely MOTY with no effect

Yes, I rarely actually play Goalline D against Goalline O because of the high risk involved with playing that formation. Any of the formations with 4 or 5 DL work quite well depending on whether or not you are expecting run or pass. Goalline D really only works on the goal line, and even then its iffy.

Thanks Kanar
I think I was lucky because the match is made of 4 quarters and not 5...
Both defense dominated or rushing plays and our QBs had a very good day.

I use Goalline D only inside my own 3 yds against down & 1 or dows & 2-3 when the SS / FS are less effective.
I always wonder which is the difference between Goalline O and SG2WR...

Week 10 Power Rankings:

1. Helsinki Gangsters, 9-0, - -
2. Wilmersdorf Wadenbeisser, 8-1, - -
3. San Diego Blitz, 8-1, - -
4. Comeback Kids, 8-1, - -
5. Baltimore Ravens, 8-1, +1
6. Salt City Pirates, 6-3, -1
7. PR Chaser, 6-3, - -
8. Inconsistent DragonFire (formerly Black Dragons & Fire Forged Abs of Steel), 6-3, - -
9. Social Distance Runners, 7-2, - -
10. Chelt Nam Bobbers, 5-4, +1
11. BobBoy Magpies, 5-4, -1
12. Istanbul Whitings, 6-3, - -
13. Hell Hounds, 5-4, - -
14. The Alpin Ducks, 5-4, - -
15. AS Roma Wolves, 5-4, - -
16. Basterds, 5-4, +2
17. Erudite Linstock, 4-5, -1
18. BU Terriers, 5-4, -1
19. Catalunya 1714, 6-3, +1
20. Lyon Eagles, 4-5, -1
21. Green Mark Packers, 4-5, - -
22. Wasteland Wolves, 4-5, +5
23. Home Malones, 2-7, +3
24. Juggernaut, 1-8, -2
25. Werewolves, 1-8, -2
26. Dumbarajko Elephants, 2-7, -2
27. Bradford Bulls, 2-7, -2
28. BSoD, 2-7, +2
29. Bonnyrigg Bombsquad, 2-7, -1
30. Boonley Bulldozers, 2-7, -1
31. Green Bay Hackers, 1-8, - -

Key Takeaways:
1. Chelt Nam appears to be getting back on track with a dominating performance against Erudite Linstock today. Now at 5-4 and on top of the division, they look to build on this performance and make a playoff run.
2. Catalunya continues its hot streak and is now in 2nd place in the division. Their chances of staying up in Elite look much better now than they did at the start of the season.
3. BU further solidified their quest to become the 2nd team in the division with a win against division rival Dumbarajko today. I fully expect them to stay up in Elite.
4. The Alpin Ducks' stay in Elite may be cut shorter than originally expected, as the team has 1) not performed consistently at the high level we saw last season, and 2) had to fight the new arrival of the Runners, who have had a very good season. They still could very well make the playoffs, which is ridiculous that a playoff team could demote. Maybe we need a change in relegation rules, pete?
5. Istanbul's performance today shows that while they are a good team, they are not in the highest group of RZA teams, and that Helsinki is.
6. Edit: I also feel like a real idiot because I forgot to change my depth chart back to the normal starters, so I accidentally played my bot lineup against Lyon today. No wonder the margin was as wide as it was

This week was not as exciting as last week, but there were still some interesting matchups to take a look at. The OrangeCrush vs. San Diego Blitz game would have made this week far more interesting, but nonetheless still fun to do the power rankings. Good luck to all in the last 7 games of the season!

I think really the only difference is that the QB is under center and not back in the shotgun position.
