I agree the S39 rookie class is promising. They even contribute a bit on the forum.
But BCB is there for a while now and his stadium is still at 40000 seats... As I said it before, Crocs did some very poor management from the beginning. |

It won't get any better next season. There is on team in SD2 and it does not look too active right now.

A big day in SD 1 regarding the playoff picture including the sad news about Wall Street Gunners closing shop. We had three potential playoff teams go bot this season in Skalica, Croxley and Wall Street
 .
AC Playoff Picture: Leeds beating Schrodinger might clear up a few things in the Power Rankings, but it only muddies the AC race more. Here's how I see it shaking out 1. Schrodingers Cats 2. Leeds Celtics 3. Marife-Lacion 4. Wall Street Gunners 5. Rainbow Warriors 6. Naprozd Marz! Rainbow Warriors currently have a 1-point PD lead over Leeds. Jonny can easily win the next three by 60+ points each time, and it is possible ashlee does the same, but I think BC Bombers keeps the game closer than 60 points, so Leeds wins the division and the 2 seed. Both of those teams trail Schrodingers by nearly 60 points, so as long DOLFIN beats Devon this weekend (I think he will), then he will get the 1 seed. Marife and Marz! play this weekend, too, and the winner (I'm going with Marife) should get the 3 seed and the loser the 6 seed, which means they will play each other in the first round anyway. And yes, I see the bot taking the 4 seed. The Gunners will have a decent roster and the final three games are against two bots (so probable wins) and the Chicago Cubs (which could be a Gunner win). NC Playoff Picture: Opposite of the AC, the top of the NC looks pretty clear cut but there's still plenty of fighting for the last spot 1. Vaxjo Gladiators AFC 2. DC Washingtonians 3. Devon Warriors 4. Constanta Sailors 5. Idrosburghi Verona 6. Havertown Junipers The two top seeds will finish 16-0, but no way DCW closes the PD gap on the Gladiators. I have Devon losing to Schrodingers and then beating Hopfenperlen while Verona beats both SH Cougars and Munich Dragons creating a tie going into the season finale. The loser gets the 5 seed and a tough matchup with the Sailors in the first round (and then the Gladiators in the next round) while the winner get the 3 seed and an easier first round game (before facing DCW). The 6 seed has five teams all within reach, and here's my hierarchy: 1. Havertown Junipers (9-7): won't be easy, but I think Worpex beats Bautzen and Old English Redcoats (and bot-Skalica) 2. Skalica Eagles (9-7): still plays one bot and could win that game while losing to Havertown and Sailors 3. Hopfenperlen (8-8): hard remaining schedule, first a virtual elimination game with Munich Dragons (W), then Devon (L) and then a rematch with the mystics (W) 4. Old English Redcoats (7-9): hard remaining schedule, I have EAMS losing to Glasgow, Havertown and DCW 5. Two games left, and the playoff picture is really taking shape; even the free-for-all for the NC 6th seed is taking focus.
AC 1. Schrodingers Cats (two bots left, there's no catching him for the top seed 2. Leeds Celtics (two bots left, I think he closes the gap and overtakes Rainbow Warriors) 3. Naprozd Marsz! (and given the 2-0 regular season vs. Marife, I think he wins the third meeting, too) 4. Wall Street Gunners (two bots left, only needs one win or one Bombers' loss) 5. Rainbow Warriors (can still get the two seed with dominating wins, but almost no room for error) 6. Marife-Lacion (needs to figure out Marsz! in the next week) NC 1. Vaxjo Gladiators AFC 2. DC Washingtonians 3. Devon Warriors (better not look past Hopfenperlen before Verona finale) 4. Constanta Sailors (win the bot game next week, and this becomes official) 5. Idrosburghi Verona (after the SH Cougar scare, better not look past Munich Dragons before Devon finale) 6a. Old English Redcoats (big win against Glasgow Thistle sets up what looks like a winner-take-all against Havertown on Tuesday...I'm changing my earlier prediction and taking EAMS's team) 6b. Havertown Junipers (see above...kept playoff hopes alive against Bautzen Greywolves and finishes the season with a bot) Because it looks like a 9-7 record is needed for the WC with at least +183 PD, I'm ready to write off Hopfenperlen and Munich Dragons, who both had impressive rookie seasons. |

Well that changes a lot....
Apparently upset about being the first team out of the SC PO field, Glasgow Thistle played spoiler by completing the season sweep of Naprozd Marsz! He can do it again in the season finale against Marife. In the AC, Schrodingers gave up a little ground to Leeds, but holds a 4-pt PD lead for the top spot. Leeds predictably climbed into the 2-slot leaving Rainbow Warriors in the 5. But then a little chaos: the Marsz! loss means the bot-Gunners move into the 3 seed, and if that bot can beat another bot, will keep the 3 seed. So the 3, 4 and 6 seeds all will be determined on the final day assuming no more madness. The NC had its first "playoff" game today, and it was entertaining. It looked like a Havertown blowout was in the making as Worpex was up 24-0, but a TD to end the first half kept Old English Redcoats in it, and the comeback began. EA_MS was able to cut it to 24-21 at the end of the three quarters and 27-24 with 7 minutes to play. But the Junipers scored a TD on the next possession draining the clock and locking the game. Surprisingly, OE Redcoats still "lead" the playoff race needing only a win to make it. All he has to do is beat my Washingtonians, and he's in. Meanwhile, Havertown plays a bot. The season finale will determine the NC South division winner and 3-seed when Verona and Devon face off. |

It is final. The Ducks will accompany the Wokves back to SD1. In most of the other regions both would stay. The Ducks are actually likely to make the playoffs.
This is how good we are. In not so good news, SD2 has no human manager. |

Aye, a simple line or two missing from the PB to ensure we went for a late FG was missing. You learn from your mistakes! 1st time in OT as well, so will have to consider instituting some simple PB options for that too
