Congratulations to the Salt City Pirates on a well deserved Monarchs Cup championship.
My super aggressive fourth downs almost stole a victory, but overzealous going for almost everything really cost me in the crunch (or more appropriately, badly designed playbook definitions lead to unintentionally double extra aggressive). Great Cup all around, looking forward to next season's. |

A good win against the Gators, which I was hopeful of, but the size of the victory was a surprise. That now locks them into a three way fight for the two remaining wildcard spots

The playoff battles are in high gear for the last 2 weeks. Here's my not so fearless projections.
1&2. Aliens & Leopards - Aliens and Leopards, no surprise to see them at the top. Would be very surprised to not see this matchup in the conference championship. I guess the real question is do the Aliens want another season in d1? 3. Warriors - Another solid season and another dominated division, can he turn his playoff luck around this season? A tough pull with the Gators in round one assuming a win against the Knights next week. 4. Knights - A win against the Warriors could earn a match against the the rival Gators and a loss will pit them against the upstart rookie Saints who I totally warned everyone about to start the season! 5. Saints - Can they keep the hot streak going and not only make the playoffs in their first d1 season but get a win also? 6. Gators - A 3 game losing streak puts them as the current 7 seed, but I think they get in with a PD tiebreaker making it 2 seasons in a row sneaking into the playoffs in the last week. Can they make the most of the opportunity and advance? 1. Panthers - Disappointing playoffs exits since returning from elite, is this season they return to challenge the Dragons and Pirates? 2. Marauders - Proved they can hang with the big guys after defeating the Hornets and earning a bye week. Will they capitalize on the week off and advantage? 3. Hornets - The Hornets have a history of taking the regular season easy then steamrolling the playoffs, is this a repeat to get back to elite? 4. Kraken - Super unpredictable sea monsters. Beat a current 2 seed and both 3's, lost twice to a team not making the playoffs. Last years conference runner up needs some consistency if they want to repeat or improve on that performance. Or they can just lose to the Bruisers in round one. 5. Bruisers - It's been a handful of seasons since they've been in elite, but this NC is looking pretty competitive. I think the Bruisers really give the Panthers a run in round 2. But I chose them last playoffs as well, so I could also be cursing them. 6. Kafakofers - The NC's version of the Saints, except this team I didn't warn anyone about and they came chucking out of nowhere. A team like that could be dangerous in a single elimination tournament. Hornets had better be prepared. |

Nice work mate
I got a tough game against the Leopards next, then final game is against the Bruisers, which will decide who takes the division. I think the playoffs will be tough to predict this season, more strong teams in the mix to mess things up. |

Does the 3 seed get extra income because of the wildcard game? Or is the next grade up a big boost in pay? I figured the extra game is good, and if the system above you is working, that 3 spot has a less treacherous path to the big game. Do you know, Hornets? That's where I'm at in my division, and I hope I'm right.

Supercup playoffs have started hopefully we can represent Monarchs well this season.
We had 5 teams undefeated in qualifying and 14 make it overall.
