Hi to all,
I wanted to propose the rookie contract, which would work like this: - only for those who have active HR - lasting 4 seasons, only for young people promoted by the YA present in the same for at least 2 seasons. - maximum number of rookie contracts 4 for season - these contracts would be more than those of the HR I think this will encourage the use of YA, and reduce budget problems, allowing managers to create a lasting player base Thank for all Marco |

Just look at the average team ratings... when we had 800 teams in RZA only 2 teams managed to reach a rating of 80+... Now wee have 57 teams above 80 and under 300 active managers...

I don't think that makes a difference to be honest. Most teams were platauing already long before the training was increased.

I just checked my team's rating season by season and it basically plateaued around 79 between seasons 20 and 27, then it increased with the age based training and Mediacenter adding free money for a few seasons and now it's been plateauing again around 84 for the few seasons.

Agreed with Meitheisman. Having a great team must be expensive so it does not last. I have no issue sucking for a while (and I did), then be Elite, re-sucking for several seasons and reach the “top” again.

I thought about teams piling up money, and go for an overexpensive shot later. This would result in higher teamratings once teams are owned longer. I did never check the database, was just an idea
