3rd random pick - 19yo DL STR Yellow capped at 39.5 SPD 39.7
I might train up his speed and decide what to do with him although at the moment he is looking like the first candidate to be shown the door. |

2nd pick: a 19 year old CB, he was the 4th in my list in this round. 50 speed, uncapped low strength, high talent
3rd pick: 19 year old OL, over 46 strength (red capped), uncapped low speed, but better as some guys on my offensive line. |

My third round pick is a 19 year old QB with quote a bit of promise. My problems are twofold: I have too many QBs and he's not going to get as strong as I'd like. Off to market he goes.

What has happened to the Gators team? No OL, DL, LB - I was expecting to see at least a bunch of grannies filling up those spots for now.
Have you got signings in the pipeline? |

Or he could just have given up, they have 27 players in squad, (38 is min allowed), so i guess he is getting fined. They also have 7 players who are 20 year old and 2 who are 19 in YA, so they could make the squad closer to min. |

When this happened to me a few seasons ago I just went crazy and signed up anyone available (provided they were decent). It cost a lot of money and I ended up having to fire some guys because of duplicates (I just bid ion as many as possible). It was expensive but it got me out of the mess and I was competitive the same season.
The downside is that it hugely inflated my wages bill and cost me a lot of cash in transfer fees but at least it kept me alive and I have managed to keep the team on an even keel since then. I hope he hasn't given up

Looks like an early season Game of the Week coming up - Torchwood Aliens at Burnaby Bruisers. This should be a cracker of a game. Could this be a foretaste of the end of season?

2 games in, how does the AC look? For entertainment purposes I hope that I am wrong, but the AC playoff race might be less exciting this season... Just a fight for seeding.
-West Geatish Warriors and Eastern Wolves heading towards bot status -Gators in full on rebuild mode -Lions, Seahawks, and Hooligans building up a bank for future sustainable success. Great plan, highly approved, but unfortunately it most likely won't be rewarded in this current season's standings. Sincerely, thank you and congratulations to this group of three getting a full stadium and keeping weekly wages in check; I'll be looking out for your unrelenting charges in the standings in future seasons. Warriors and Gators have been playoff staples since I joined RZA. But, as it stands it pretty much leaves Aliens and Letaidans as clear division favorites with Knights & Saints plus Bulls & Raiders as remaining division and wild card winner favorites. There's certainly some good potential blooming on the low wage rosters, and I expect some upset victories from the trio and an always sneaky Gators squad; maybe they'll be enough of those to make for an interesting playoff picture. Cheers to chaos and good luck to all the rest of the season! I'll try to do the NC after a couple more games. |
