Great win for Letaidans to give them at least some satisfaction after couple of losses that should not happen.

I'm back after a short hiatus! I got a new job and the training portion is absolutely brain-numbing. Hopefully I can actually start working in December, but at least no commute and better benefits!

Not a huge amount of shake up since the last set of rankings, there are a few surprises though. Ravens and Pirates with 3 losses, Bobbers in legitimate trouble unlike the fake trouble of last season, Sanco turned it around, and Pete still relegating Dumba.

1. (7-0) Willemstad Bridges (1)
Easiest schedule every season gets a little tough with the Wolves this weekend and Ticats next weekend. Anything less than 14-2 would be a huge disappointment.

2. (7-0) The Alpin Ducks (4)
The Ducks are hot! Probably the best resume so far with wins over Chaser, Blitz, Bobbers, and GnR. They still have a ways to go, but this team should easily reach 10 wins before a loss. They won't miss the playoffs twice in a row.

3. (8-0) Home Malones (3)
Malones are on a tear with only one close game in their undefeated start. The remaining schedule is also pretty soft after 2 games against the Pirates.

4. (7-1) TigerCats (7)
Ticats are in good shape as winners of 6 in a row, a 3 game lead in Fire with the weekend off, and the Bridges coming to town next weekend.

5. (5-2) San Diego Blitz (5)
Steve beats the Pirates by 3 scores, then gets destroyed by 6 scores the next game. 3/4 of the next games are important, which Blitz will show up?

6. (5-3) Salt City Pirates (2)
Big surprise losses coming from Salt City. They just gearing up for a huge playoff run or is the juggernaut running on fumes? We'll find out Tuesday when they get the Malones after a weekend of rest.

7. (5-3) Raven Loonies (8)
Two surprise losses with minimal scoring have the Ravens questioning their offense. This was the easy part of the schedule. The second half is much tougher.

8. (5-3) Peoples Republic of Yorkshire (6)
"Claymore should be a wild one this season" It's certainly shaping up that way as no teams have a losing record. Yorkies are still the cream of Claymore but they've already lost twice to division rivals.

9. (6-1) AS Roma Wolves (11)
Only a loss to the Yorkies so far this season, but we'll see how serious they are when they travel to the Bridges for a possible playoff preview.

10. (4-4) PR Chaser (10)
Here's the real surprise of the AC. The schedule hasn't been friendly, but 4-4 and outside the top 6 is a shocker. The second half is a little easier and Chaser should get at least 10 wins.

11. (4-3) Hell Hounds (12)
Hounds got absolutely screwed on their schedule as they are the only division team to face the Bridges. They'll need to make up for that by beating those rivals. Sydney and Wildcats are the next 2 games.

12. (5-3) Sydney Rising Stars (17)
Claymore is super fun this season. These teams are playing so tight. I still think they'll beat eachother up too much to get a WC spot, but the Ducks fading opens up a possibility depending on how well Admirals and Thunder teams can capitalize on the opportunity. Speaking of capitalizing.... They've won 5/6 and they beat the Pirates!? That win alone could put them over the top.

13. (5-2) Guns&Roses (15)
5-2 with a -31 PD, that's tough to do. The remaining schedule is very light and if they repeat against the Bobbers this will be the first non-Chelt Nam team to win Dragons since season 34.

14. (4-4) Highland Wildcats (18)
They started out hot, but have lost 3/4 but that 1 win was against a red hot Sydney team. They are just a game back, but a couple of those losses will certainly prevent them from winning the division unless they can sweep those rivals.

15. (3-4) Chelt Nam Bobbers (13)
What is happening in Bobberland!?! The offense is just sputtering and the defense is mostly absent. Already 2 games behind GnR and already lost to the challenger. One positive is they are only 9 points behind. Somehow this whole division is significantly negative in PD.

16. (3-4) Dumbarajko Elephants (14)
Dumba is helping to prove the Monarchs are the superior region as he goes 0-2 this week against them. Tuesday is a big one if he wants to have a shot at catching Steve.

17. (4-3) Free Agent Mascots (26)
Sanco with a big turnaround after a sad start. Won 4 in a row to establish the Mascots as a WC worthy team. Could they have another crazy run to the conference championship as the 6 seed?

18. (4-3) Motol Ducks (9)
"This team should be competing for a bye week this season." Unless they run out of money and sell everyone. They are still tied for the last spot, but I don't see how they compete for the rest of the season.

19. (4-4) 2020 - RETURN OF THE JEDI (28)
The fighting Pete's are hanging in there! The loss to the Elephants won't help the relegation odds, but the Guinness is kicking in and they are feeling pretty good at the midway point.

20. (3-4) Norfolk Heroes (19)
The Heroes don't look great record-wise, but the losses they have are all against playoff teams and Dumba. The schedule is notably easier for the second half and concludes with the battle for relegation or even a playoff spot in a Bastardly rematch.

21. (3-4) Basterds (23)
5 games decided by 1 score, unfortunately they lost 3 of them. They are still in the thick of the race but will need to win those close games to fight off relegation.

22. (2-5) Ralph's Warriors (20)
Ralph and his men aren't ready to compete at this level quite yet. They did get a couple quality wins in there but a sweep by the division has ended any long term hopes until season 47.

23. (3-5) Moraira Moors (21)
The Moors shock the Ravens to tease us into thinking last season's first half surprise might have figured it out... then they lose to the Panthers. There won't be a third season in Elite.

24. (2-5) Sunrise City Prairie Dogs (22)
Another team with a flash of brilliance coupled with questionable losses. The Mongoose bit off the snake pirates heads to get into the win column, but only scored 5 against the Ravens. They'll need to beat them in the Tuesday rematch or this season is about the draft pick and continued rebuild.

25. (2-5) Letaidens (16)
4 losses in a row before giving the Elephants a big playoff blow. 2 games back of the Pirates this early has probably already ended any hopes of avoiding relegation and continuing Monarch's stranglehold on postseason berths.

26. (2-5) Glasgow Thistle (24)
Overall I think Scorchio should be fairly proud of his team so far. No terribly embarrassing losses (okay, maybe the Bobbers) against really good teams, but the team is just missing a little something to push over the edge. Maybe he'll figure it out soon and get back in 47?

27. (2-5) Maykop Dynamos (25)
The Dynamos have bookend wins against Sacko with 5 losses in between. The only saving grace is Chaser having a worse record than expected and they haven't played yet so they aren't quite out of it.

28. (1-6) Deflators (25)
Lost 6 in a row with 4 more games against playoff teams on the schedule. Time to analyze the draft class.

29. (1-6) Bradford Bulls (31)
Bulls get their first win of the season but it'll be a tough to get more as they've continued to sell off high end players to get that salary way down.

30. (1-6) Panthers (29)
Panthers get their first Elite win since season 36 which was a real life year ago. They have a shot for a couple more throughout but it'll be back to D1 by New Year's.

31. (0-7) Torino Black Bulls (30)
"Don't worry Fumbl I changed your name for you. Cursed no more!" Welp... I was wrong, super cursed.

32. (0-7) Sacko Del Toros (32)
The other winless team and only 2 games have been close. Hopefully the experience of Elite helps the team improve because Fire needs that depth.

I am 5 months free agent and almost nothing is happening, no matter that CV is packed very well. Something strange is happening, hope to get some gig soon.

Dumba was 0-2 with 2 losses each one with just 4 points.
Steve can't be catched, he is No 1 for sure, no doubt about that.

First I must try to stay in Elite (read sent #godmode to D1 ) and than pray to get No 6 seed
