The last game day of the group round is behind us, and these are the results from yesterdays games:

Game-day 4 in the S50-Admirals-Friendly-Cup, and while last week most of the teams that played on Wednesday were still active in the playoffs, this week none of them are in it anymore. But today we get a re-match of the wildcard round and a match-up that did not happen at all this season, so it’s going to be exciting nonetheless
HAMBURG SEA LIONS @ VenoM They met twice already this season, and they split the record: When VenoM visited Hamburg in Week 5, the home team was able to win the game in an impressive manner. But when it mattered most, like the second game in the wildcard round of the playoffs, the far more experienced squad of VenoM was able to win easily. With this game being played again on the home turf of VenoM, the SEA LIONS can try and show that they learned from their postseason-loss. vamosahi @ Glastonbury Grail Knights The last true veteran manager in this friendly cup, vamosahi, goes to the Glastonbury Grail Knights. It’s a match-up of the #2 seed of the NC and the #5 seed of the AC, and both teams had not played each other this season. Their last meeting was in S49 when the Knights visited vamosahi and lost. Will the Grail Knights be able to stand up against the favorite? Good luck to everyone  |

What the what?
In an awesome game the HAMBURG SEA LIONS were able to eliminate the favorite VenoM from the cup. The game had 80 combined points and was a back-and-forth-hullabalooza that had everything, from untimely INTs to a rushing TD north of 70 Yards. Now we meet vamosahi in the final game. And will most likely be second overall at the end of next wednesdays game, as we never even came close to win against them in past match-ups  |

It was a closer game than I would have thought, but in the end the veteran won. So we say
