Here the rule for picking kicks in, the Thunder-picks have to be ignored, since it was done 12:28 with the game already running for almost 30 minutes.

OK, we have a result.
16 of the 19 teams of 1st round did pick for 4th round, with 1 pick of the 16th team not counted, since the pick was made when the game was already running.
