Last season, my second go around, I almost managed to avoid relegation. I’d like to see what I can do with a real team under me next season. With that said, I will have to get past some dangerous managers to make that happen. Ultimately, I know I will have to get past Mustang. Despite the talk, he has a great team that matches up well against mine. Our games are generally decided by a single score, one way or the other. There are so many things that impact the game and a lot could go wrong. Not to mention, I could lose before I even get to Mustang as well. Who knows how it will all play out? That is what I enjoy about Fire though. No one is safe. No one has a clear path to the trophy. I love that challenge. Bring your best every time, or you will find yourself looking forward to next season very quickly. Just a heads up, if I do not promote, I will stay put in the NC South. Happy to take on any and all comers, established or new.

But I didn't have it in me to tank a playoff game, and I ended up going up. IF I go up this season, I'll be more ready to be back in Elite. |

A reminder that the Friday Friendly challenge against Sea Devils is coming up on April 5. Matchups will be decided according to overall team rating, so everyone should receive a fairly even opponent. Here's the list I currently have of those who said they're interested. Please post now if there's any changes desired:

Olband- we took on a team from that division, in SCup.. lost and now they are BOT.. Outlaw BOT.. so don't think we are strong enough

So the top 4 teams at the end of the season all move to the same division, is that what I'm hearing? Something about competitive competition?

Well, I don't know where the top 4 are going, but if Olband moves up , I would like to go back to my division. If not I guess I have to go where there's an open spot. |

Bottom two in our Elite division get relegated back to Fire. So two elite teams out, two in every season. The system ensures that we don’t have any KC Chiefs teams taking the whole thing year after year. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s a darned good one. |
