This is an interesting idea. Has anyone looked at expanding the idea and making a friendly cup league v league tourney? With x number of teams (an odd number) volunteering to represent each league and have it run like a friendly cup?

I like the idea Olband, but there are 2 problems.
1. If it is a game between a 84% overall team and a 60% overall team, in 95% of the cases we know who will win.
2. In friendly Fridays game you can't play power mode and even if you can, i wouldn't want to. It's much better with mostly equal overall teams and the flag for Loopside Tactic is active this day.

In my humble oppinion this 2 games challenge gives everybody who wants a chance to play.
And if you watched we have 4 games that were not possible because the managers forgot who to challenge or they didn't log in. We are proud that at least we have 10 games to play.

it really looks like it can go in all directions now. I will believe the Mandalorians win theirs. The Bobbers are maybe the favorite team against the mystics but we might score a second win there.

Then there is my match. Wednesday it all went my way in the Friendly Cup match. Chill also claimed my team would win. But will luck really be on my side two matches in a row ?

And then there are our newly renamed Japanese friends against the Nuthuggers. I have node about this one either.

I certainly like the format !

ok, have to go cheer up my team.

The organizer could set it up so the top rated teams from each league play each other, and the 2nd two teams, etc. so the matches will be somewhat even.
And if you make it a serious deal, Pete can even pre-set the Friday Friendlies like he did for the leatherheads.
