There is still time and plenty of room in the Fire AC West division. Come compete with me for a division trophy and a spot in the Fire League playoffs. I have not had a good division rival in a while, so if think you have what it takes, step on up and let's make it an interesting season!

Let's bang some heads!

As I understand to campaign for more human led teams in a region, it's a fact that for every team leaving a region a BOT gets into the region the human team left and in the ultimate consequence that would mean a region full of BOTs or at least with almost no human led teams.

That does spoil the fun for such teams, which would likely mean, more BOT teams, since a game with no fun is not interesting.

So from my point of view, such campaigning does harm the game, not help.

Well, managers are getting bored because of the bots. One group goes to no-bot-regions and stays in this game the other group stays in the bot-region, gets more bored and becomes bots themselves.

Anyone who sees more in a region than just a qualifying tournament for the elite league and wants to bring life into their region has my full sympathy.

That's exactly my argument.
BOT means boring. But such a campaign increases the BOTs in a region, means, either those left do also move, which some don't want to, or they leave.

If you want to change the drain of human teams, only raising the teams not falling BOT does help.

No. I'm saying managers leave a league because it is already a boring bot league. You are saying that a league becomes boring after they left and wasn't before.

to all: May I add some experience here: in RZC, we had both. There was a division full of bots, and another, halfway filled. When I talked to managers to combine both, and keep only one league active for all those 18 managers, I had quite a time to convince them ...

So, please allow every manager to do the things as he/she likes - within the rules of course. Do not make the mistake to think, your opinion is more superior than others. It does not work this way ...

Sea Devils became full due to active private message recruiting away from other leagues. No doubt already full leagues have a passive recruiting element over emptier leagues. I joined Fire initially because it was one of the full leagues at the time.
