Teams should keep their players when turning bot. The russian pirates have german players after they turned bot. The team should only get new player when a new human manager took over the team.

I disagree. At the moment this might be a good one, but once teams go bot on full developed rosters, it would be too hard to kick them down the division ladder.

Bot teams are following the rules we have, including positiong on the field.
If I would keep the players of former human controlled teams - it would be quite hard for a newbee to beat a bot. A bot is a bot, only a filler in the division. |

I have another idea.
When a manager want to leave the game he could decide, if he want to let the team got bot or give another manager the opportunitie ti take over his team with all the glory and developed players. This would be in the Mag and other managers could contact the manager, which could decide, which manager get his team. But a Manager from league 2 could not take over a team from league 1 and not from his own league. |

Maybe a manager invested a lot of money and time of his life in the game over 1 or 2 Years and has then no time in real life to continue the game. It would be glad to loose a team in the game which was developed well. It could be an option only for supporters.
Furthermore in reality not the whole roster leaves the team, when the manager has gone. |
