Do you plan on using words, instead of 15.7, to describe players stats. If you plan on changing it how long will it take?

Words would not be really usefull.
Maybe colors would help some users. 1-10= black= ok 10-20= blue = normal 20-30= green= good 30-40= orange= great 40-50= red= outstanding But I don't need something like this. |

You can s e l e c t every color you want. (Violett, pink, brown, .....exept yellow)
I need no colors, but for some rookie manager it could be useful. |

Look not bad. But I think you must have other thresholds for Moral, TC, and PC.
