So...in power mode all the skills are set to 40, right?

If so then depth chart has no real meaning, right?

If both are true then this is really one coaches game planning vs another?


If true I really like it now as it gives a great opportunity to try out schemes!

Depth Chart makes sense, due injuries and ingame energy hits! But it stays as it is: game planning wins.
