Yes, this is true. Speed, Strenght and Agility with a red exclamation mark can't increase, too.

I might remember, that this is related to your scout level. With Scout Level 1 you will get very close to the cap the yellow ! and with higher Scout level you get the yellow ! earlier. But I'm not sure.

So, how important is the teamwork factor in terms of game time? I ask because there are some players that have great attributes for me that fit the O Line or D Line but have under 20 in terms of teamwork. Would you say that teamwork is just as important as strength and blocking/tackling? I'm not asking to know all the details, but a general knowledge really helps to make decisions about my roster.

Teamwork is mainly a "turbo" at the training. When we will introduce penalties it will have an possibly small influence as well.

 I think I have overvalued teamwork and rid myself of some useful players that could have been on my oline and dline. |

I was trying too hard to have 5 oline with 35+ teamwork and +35 intelligence.
