I don't quite get how I'm suppose to use the youth academy. You get two youth pulls per week. There are about ~10+ weeks in the RZA season. That's 20 youths per season, but you can only promote 3+ players to the senior squad??
Just seems like you'll be selling/losing to free agency most of your players... Steve SD Blitz |

The YA is like a tryout....Youngsters come, join...and have to go. The limited number of tickets is the trigger here - as you have mentioned. There is only one way, increase the Academy, create expenses, and have more tickets.

Okay, it just seems like you'll be discarding/selling/sending to free agency a lot of players. But I will adjust accordingly.

maybe you have 20 youthpulls each season but i have hard to think that you acually keep all those 20.
Some are really bad ones even on this stage, also the age is between 16-19 (or is it 20?) so not every player will be at the same age. You also got the option in putting a youth pull to your team directly (if he is over 18 (i think). I myself have promoted 4-5 players directly to my senior team i think.. |

That's true...but also if you purchase a player 20 years old or younger, they go directly to your youth academy. The is no option to purchase and send them to the senior squad.

Some benefits YA offers (even at basic level):
Team Chemistry - YA does not affect it. If every pull went to the big roster your TC would constantly suffer Physical Condition - Ditto. Team PC not affected. Salary - if you are using HR, you would have to sign them or lose them at EOS. If you sign them, it costs more to fire them. Roster Limit - They don't count against your 70-man roster limit. Don't know! Makes sense, but doesn't game engine also look at your full roster if DC players are tired? |
